基于多目标优化理论,根据有限元建模分析的结果,确定优化指标,提出一种成本较小、冷却效果好的大体积混凝土冷却水管布置方法,并在甬江铁路斜拉桥主塔承台施工中应用。温控监测结果表明:有限元理论计算与现场实测的温度变化规律基本保持一致,达到了预期目标。该方法为大体积混凝土温控技术提供了一种冷却水管优化布置准则及相关判定依据。

Based on multi-objective optimization theory, according to analysis result of finite element modeling, after determining the optimization objectives, this study proposed a layout method with good cooling effect for the cooling water pipes of mass concrete. This method was adopted in the construction of bearing platform of main pylon of the Yongjiang River cable-stayed railway bridge; and the temperature monitoring results showed that the temperature variation pattern calculated by finite element software was basically consistent with that from field measurement, the expected goal being achieved. This method can serve as an optimization criterion and judging basis for cooling water pipe layout in mass-concrete temperature control technology.
