以某钢-混凝土结合连续刚构桥为例,从桥式布置、材料选择、结构设计、施工方法等几个方面进行介绍,并对关键构造和技术措施简要叙述。结论:上部结构采用大跨度结合梁,下部结构采用矩形墩,墩高跨度结构尺寸比较协调,线形流畅,造型轻盈,整体视觉效果好;结合梁与混凝土梁相比,其结构自重有较大减轻,便于桥墩基础满足受力要求;采用大节段工厂制造,现场吊装的施工方法,大大缩短了桥梁的施工周期,同时避免了对既有铁路、城市道路的干扰,保证其运营安全。

This paper took a certain continuous rigid frame bridge with steel-concrete composite girder as an example, introduced the bridge layout, material selection, structure design, construction method and other issues, and briefly described the key structural and technical measures. Then the paper came to the conclusions: ( a ) The long-span composite girder was employed for the superstructure, and the rectangular piers for the substructure, so as to make the ratio of prier height to girder span harmonious, with an influent geometric shape, a graceful modeling and a good overall visual effect. ( b) Compared with concrete girder, the composite girder was more lightweight in dead load, and helped the bridge pier foundation meet stress requirement. ( c) By using a construction method, which enabled the large bridge segments to be made in factory and to be hoisted on site, the construction time was considerably shortened, and simultaneously the adverse influence on the existing railways and on the urban roads was avoided so as to ensure their operation safety.
