以紧邻国道、上软下硬二元结构地层的明挖两层两跨箱形框架结构车站青岛地铁e号线双山站基坑支护为背景,通过对当地建筑基坑的调查及场地地层的研究,采用吊脚桩+超前微型钢管桩支护体系,经过软件计算及对现场施工的反馈,支护结构受力和变形均在设计范围以内。结论:吊脚桩+超前微型钢管桩支护体系是适用于青岛当地上软下硬地层的基坑支护形式。
以緊鄰國道、上軟下硬二元結構地層的明挖兩層兩跨箱形框架結構車站青島地鐵e號線雙山站基坑支護為揹景,通過對噹地建築基坑的調查及場地地層的研究,採用弔腳樁+超前微型鋼管樁支護體繫,經過軟件計算及對現場施工的反饋,支護結構受力和變形均在設計範圍以內。結論:弔腳樁+超前微型鋼管樁支護體繫是適用于青島噹地上軟下硬地層的基坑支護形式。

This paper was based on a foundation pit supporting project at Shuangshan Station of Qingdao Metro line three. The station, which is closely adjacent to a national road, is made up of an open-cut double-storey double-span box frame structure with dual-structure strata where the upper layer is soft and the lower layer is rigid. After investigation and research on the local building foundation pits and site strata, a supporting system consisting of end-suspend piles plus advance micro steel pipe piles was adopted. By software calculation and on-site information feedback, it can be seen that the structural stresses and deformations of this supporting system are all in the range of design. Then this paper come to the conclusion that the supporting system consisting of end-suspended piles plus advance micro steel pipe piles is suitable for supporting the foundation pits with upper-soft and lower-rigid strata in Qingdao area.
