应用FLUENT软件中的空穴模型对纯油润滑状态下的滑动轴承进行了数值模拟,给出了轴承的温升值,并与文献实验值对比,吻合良好;进一步计算了不同转速、长径比下,承载力大小与偏心率的关系;给出了不同偏心率下油膜压力分布,并讨论了气相体积分布规律。
應用FLUENT軟件中的空穴模型對純油潤滑狀態下的滑動軸承進行瞭數值模擬,給齣瞭軸承的溫升值,併與文獻實驗值對比,吻閤良好;進一步計算瞭不同轉速、長徑比下,承載力大小與偏心率的關繫;給齣瞭不同偏心率下油膜壓力分佈,併討論瞭氣相體積分佈規律。

Numerical simulations were carried out to study the pure-oil lubricated journal bearing by using the cavi-tation model of FLUENT. The temperature increment of the bearing was given and compared with the experimental value, the results agreed well. The relation between bearing capacity and eccentricity under different rotation speed and length-diameter ratios ( L/D) were calculated, the oil film pressure distribution with different eccentricity was derived, and the gas phase mass distribution rules were discussed in this paper.
