采用随机区组试验,研究了不同激素和基质组合对桉树(Eucalyptus spp .)硬枝扦插成活率的影响。结果表明,不同激素中ABT1号生根粉效果最好,成活率达到了64.68%;不同基质中泥炭土+珍珠岩扦插成活率最高,为57.29%。

The effects of different matrix and hormone on survival rate of hardwood cuttings of Eucalyptus spp .were studied by randomized block experiment .Result shows that :among different hormones ,ABT No .1 rooting powder is the optimal ,the survival rate reach 64 .68% ;among different matrices ,cutting survival rate of peat + perlite is up to 57 .29% .
