目的：探讨优质护理在热敏灸联合针刺眼区穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果情况。方法分析本院35例腰椎间盘突出症患者临床资料,采用热敏灸联合针刺眼区穴治疗,依据护理措施不同进行分组,对照组17例主要采取常规性的基础护理措施,观察组18例主要采取优质护理措施。结果观察组腰椎间盘突出症患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组, P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论优质护理在热敏灸联合针刺眼区穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者应用后可以明显提高临床治疗效果,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토우질호리재열민구연합침자안구혈치료요추간반돌출증적효과정황。방법분석본원35례요추간반돌출증환자림상자료,채용열민구연합침자안구혈치료,의거호리조시불동진행분조,대조조17례주요채취상규성적기출호리조시,관찰조18례주요채취우질호리조시。결과관찰조요추간반돌출증환자림상치료총유효솔명현고우대조조, P<0.05,차이균유통계학의의。결론우질호리재열민구연합침자안구혈치료요추간반돌출증환자응용후가이명현제고림상치료효과,예후량호,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To approach effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by thermal moxibustion and acupuncture eye point. Methods To analyze clinical data of 30 cases of lumbar disc herniation, which was to be thermal moxibustion and acupuncture eye point treatment, which was to be divided into control group 10 cases by based on the routine nursing measures and detected group 20 cases by high quality nursing care. Results The clinical treatment efficiency of thermal moxibustion and acupuncture eye point by high quality nursing care of detected group were better than control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect was obviously increased of lumbar disc herniation treatment of thermal moxibustion and acupuncture eye point by high quality nursing care, prognosis is good, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
