为解决移动式液压缸直通式迷宫密封泄漏量分析困难的问题,提出一种数值模拟研究方法,基于PHOENICS软件对采用k-ε湍流模型的不可压缩流体的迷宫密封流场进行了计算,分析了缝隙中液压油为层流时迷宫密封的凹槽数目、凹槽深度、凹槽宽度及边界相对运动速度对泄漏量的影响。研究发现:缝隙中液压油在层流状态下,迷宫式密封结构并没有起到防漏效果,反而带来负面影响。与其他方法相比,该数值模拟方法比较经济实用,可供液压密封设计研发人员参考。

In order to solve the leakage analysis problem of straight-through labyrinth seals for hydraulic cylinder,a numerical a-nalysis method was presented,in which k-εturbulent model of incompressible fluid was used to calculate the leakage of the labyrinth seal in piston edge based on PHOENICS software,the influences of groove number,groove depth,groove width and linear velocity on leakage were analyzed. It is shown that under laminar condition,the labyrinth seal not only cannot prevent leaking,but also brings negative influence. Comparing with other methods,the simulation method is more economical and practical,and it supplies valuable reference for hydraulic component designer.
