针对多级缸起竖液压系统换级时冲击大的问题，建立了多级缸起竖液压系统的AMESim和Simulink仿真模型，提出起竖角速度跟踪控制方法，优化了起竖角速度曲线，采用基于RBF神经网络的PID控制器进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明：通过优化起竖角速度曲线和采用基于RBF神经网络的PID控制策略可以有效地减小换级时的冲击，提高系统的稳定性。

For the great impact in stage changing process of the erecting hydraulic system,the model of the system was estab-lished based on AMESim and Simulink,the angle velocity tracking method of the erecting system was proposed ,the erecting angle ve-locity was optimized,and the RBF neural network controller was applied to the system. The simulation results indicate that optimizing the erecting angle velocity and using RBF neural network controller can effectively minish the impact and improve system stability.
