同步控制在机电系统中得到越来越广泛的应用。针对强力数控旋压机床的同步控制问题,研究了双电机驱动同步控制系统。对伺服进给系统的数学模型进行了详细分析,选用了一般主从控制方式和偏差耦合控制方式,并从转速同步和转矩均衡两方面对控制方案进行了详细介绍。安装调试结果表明:此控制方案具有响应速度快、动态过程同步误差小的优点,不仅满足了高精度同步控制的要求,也提高了控制系统的安全系数。
同步控製在機電繫統中得到越來越廣汎的應用。針對彊力數控鏇壓機床的同步控製問題,研究瞭雙電機驅動同步控製繫統。對伺服進給繫統的數學模型進行瞭詳細分析,選用瞭一般主從控製方式和偏差耦閤控製方式,併從轉速同步和轉矩均衡兩方麵對控製方案進行瞭詳細介紹。安裝調試結果錶明:此控製方案具有響應速度快、動態過程同步誤差小的優點,不僅滿足瞭高精度同步控製的要求,也提高瞭控製繫統的安全繫數。

Synchronized operation has been widely used in mechanics systems. The synchronization control problems of dual-mo-tor driven were studied through the research of CNC powerful spinning machine. The mathematical model of the servo system was ana-lyzed. The appropriate control plans were chosen,which were the master-slave control strategy and the deviation coupling control mode. Then the control schemes were analyzed in detail from the speed synchronization and torque balanced. Installation and testing results show that this control scheme has advantages of a fast response and small errors in dynamic process. Not only the demands of high-precision synchronous control are met,but also the safety of control systems is improved.
