为了找到梭式止回阀在工作过程中产生流体噪声的原因,应用ADINA软件,以N-S方程为控制方程,以有限体积法作空间离散,采用湍流模型和直接耦合解法,对其进行流固耦合数值模拟。结果表明:梭式止回阀产生流体噪声的主要原因是阀口处出现了气穴和高速液体;它较旋启式止回阀具有噪声低的特点。

In order to analyze the main source of the shuttle closed check valve's fluid noise,numerical simulation of fluid-struc-ture interaction was carried out based on N-S method and by using ADINA software. The finite volume method,standard κ-ε model and direct coupling solution were employed during the calculation. The results show that the main reason that shuttle check valve pro-duces fluid noise is due to the valve orifice cavitation and high-speed liquid at the exit of the valve. It has lower noise character com-pared to the swing check valve.
