The direct influencing factors to the deep hole processing were expounded. The influences of many factors,such as materials,drill string stability,cutting fluid and drilling dosage and so on,on drilling were confirmed through experimental data con-trast and theoretical analysis. Further,according to the principles of feasibility,some advises and schemes were put forward. Above re-search results provide reference for deep-hole drilling process designers and operators.
