分析了电液伺服摆动马达系统中密封的磨损问题,介绍了填料式组合密封技术的工作原理及其在摆动马达上的应用,采用正交试验设计方法研究不同摩擦副、不同加载力、不同速度和不同表面粗糙度的摩擦学特性,通过极差分析得到摆动马达密封的最佳工况,对进一步提高摆动马达性能具有重要的现实意义。

The seal wear problem in system of electro-hydraulic servo swing motor was analyzed,and the working principle and application of the packing form combination seal technique on the swing motor were introduced. The tribological properties of different friction pair,different loading force,speed and surface roughness by using the method of orthogonal experimental design were studied. The optimal operating condition of sealing for the swing motor is obtained through extreme difference analysis,what has important prac-tical significance in further improving the performance of swing motor.
