用Gambit软件建立了4个不同磨料水射流双侧入料喷嘴出口模型,并对其进行网格划分;再利用Fluent软件对这4个喷嘴模型的外部流场进行了数值模拟,得到轴线磨料速度变化曲线、磨料体积分数变化曲线、喷嘴出口紊动强度分布图、壁面紊动强度分布图。通过分析曲线图,选择锥直型喷嘴作为双侧供料喷嘴出口形状。该喷嘴出口速度分布比较均匀,其轴线磨料浓度变化也很平稳,适合用于抛光。这为磨料水射流双侧入料喷嘴的进一步优化提供了一定帮助。

Gambit Software was used to set up 4 different nozzle export structure models of abrasive water jet,and grid division for the 4 models was carried on. Using Fluent software,the external flow fields of the 4 models were simulated. The 4 graphs including the axis abrasive speed change curve,the abrasive volume fraction change curve,the nozzle exit turbulence intensity profile and the wall turbulence intensity profile were analyzed. Based on the analysis of the 4 graphs,in 4 bilateral feeding nozzle exit shapes,the ta-per nozzle was chosen. The nozzle exit velocity distribution is uniform and its axis abrasive concentration change is also very smooth,so it is suitable for polishing. This result is useful for the optimization design of the nozzle.
