针对插装溢流阀中阻尼孔的取值范围进行研究。根据插装溢流阀的工作原理和结构特点,建立了插装溢流阀的数学模型,在此基础上应用AMESim软件建立了插装溢流阀的AMESim仿真模型,并且通过理论计算验证了仿真模型的正确性。以某一型号的插装溢流阀为例,通过AMESim仿真和理论计算得到了此型号插装溢流阀阻尼孔的取值范围为0.95~10.1 mm。
針對插裝溢流閥中阻尼孔的取值範圍進行研究。根據插裝溢流閥的工作原理和結構特點,建立瞭插裝溢流閥的數學模型,在此基礎上應用AMESim軟件建立瞭插裝溢流閥的AMESim倣真模型,併且通過理論計算驗證瞭倣真模型的正確性。以某一型號的插裝溢流閥為例,通過AMESim倣真和理論計算得到瞭此型號插裝溢流閥阻尼孔的取值範圍為0.95~10.1 mm。

According to the operation principle and construction features of cartridge relief valve,the mathematic model was es-tablished. Then its AMESim simulation model was achieved. Through theoretical calculation,the simulation model was proved right. Taking a certain type of cartridge relief valve as an example,by using simulation model and theoretical calculation,the value of orifice was demonstrated to be from 0.95 mm to 10.1 mm.
