目的：该文围绕紫杉醇对人绒毛膜癌细胞JEG-3的增殖与凋亡的影响进行研究。方法通过MTT法检测细胞增殖及流式细胞术检测不同浓度紫杉醇作用下细胞的凋亡及其对细胞周期的影响。结果随紫杉醇浓度的增加或时间的延长， JEG-3细胞增殖抑制率及凋亡率均增大，各组间比较有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论该次实验的结果显示紫杉醇在抑制绒癌细胞JEG-3增殖及促凋亡方面均有显著的作用。
목적：해문위요자삼순대인융모막암세포JEG-3적증식여조망적영향진행연구。방법통과MTT법검측세포증식급류식세포술검측불동농도자삼순작용하세포적조망급기대세포주기적영향。결과수자삼순농도적증가혹시간적연장， JEG-3세포증식억제솔급조망솔균증대，각조간비교유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론해차실험적결과현시자삼순재억제융암세포JEG-3증식급촉조망방면균유현저적작용。
Objective To explore the effect of Docetaxel on the proliferation and apoptosis of choriocarcinoma JEG -3 cells.Methods MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation of choriocarcinoma JEG-3 cells and flow cytometry to detect the effect of Docetaxel under different concentrations on apoptosis and cell cycle .Results With the increase of drug concentration in Docetaxel and drug action time,the degree of inhibition and apoptosis of human choriocarcinoma JEG-3 cells was significantly increased (P<0.05).Conclusions The experimental results show that Docetaxel has significant effect on inhibiting proliferation and promote apoptosis of choriocarcino -ma JEG-3 cells.
