目的：探讨恶性综合征的临床表现，了解导致恶性综合征的诱因。方法报道2例患者因停用美多巴导致的恶性综合征，复习相关文献进行讨论。结果2例患者均为长时间服用美多巴突然停用导致的恶性综合征，而急性低钠血症和感染会诱发和促进恶性综合征的发生。结论恶性综合征是临床较重的急症，临床医师应提高对该病的认识。
목적：탐토악성종합정적림상표현，료해도치악성종합정적유인。방법보도2례환자인정용미다파도치적악성종합정，복습상관문헌진행토론。결과2례환자균위장시간복용미다파돌연정용도치적악성종합정，이급성저납혈증화감염회유발화촉진악성종합정적발생。결론악성종합정시림상교중적급증，림상의사응제고대해병적인식。
Objective To investigate the Clinical features and other risk factors for malignant syndrome ( MS) .Methods we reported two patients with MS who suddenly stop their madopar treatment and review of the previous literature .Results 2 patients with MS were taking madopar for a long time because of abrupt discontinuation madopar ,and acute hyponatremia and infection can induce and worsen MS.Conclusion MS is a clinical heavier emergency .Clinicians should improve the understanding of early diagnosis of the MS .
