基于膨胀管开槽机的工作要求,对其气控系统进行了程序分析及校正,运用X-D图法设计了气控系统的标准程序,给出了各气缸动作主控信号排除障碍后的执行信号表达式,完成了基于FluidSIM-P软件的膨胀管开槽机气控系统回路设计及模拟仿真。该气控系统在实际运行中取得了良好效果。
基于膨脹管開槽機的工作要求,對其氣控繫統進行瞭程序分析及校正,運用X-D圖法設計瞭氣控繫統的標準程序,給齣瞭各氣缸動作主控信號排除障礙後的執行信號錶達式,完成瞭基于FluidSIM-P軟件的膨脹管開槽機氣控繫統迴路設計及模擬倣真。該氣控繫統在實際運行中取得瞭良好效果。

The program about the pneumatic control system of expansion pipe grooving machine was analyzed and corrected based on its working requirements. The standard procedure of pneumatic control system was designed by using X-D diagram,the signal ex-pressions of the cylinder main control signal after removing obstacles were implemented. The pneumatic circuit of the expansion pipe grooving machine was designed and the simulation was completed based on FluidSIM-P software. The actual operation of the pneumatic control system achieved good results.
