Hydraulic flying-shear is the key equipment of drawing machine production line. Components of hydraulic flying-shear were introduced. Problems existing in high-speed hydraulic flying-shear process were analyzed from control and hydraulic system re-spectively. The hydraulic flying-shear system was optimized to satisfy requirements of high-speed working condition. Application result displays the control system satisfys actual production requirements of high-speed,high-precision and high-stability.
