螺旋转子是螺杆压缩机的核心部件。讨论了在四轴数控机床上采用轮廓法线法和标准球形铣刀对螺旋转子曲面进行数控加工的技术方案，建立了螺旋转子型面每个加工接触点齿廓法矢、旋转角度和偏移距离的计算模型。以Visual Studio.NET为开发平台，开发了螺旋转子数控编程软件，实现了螺旋转子四轴数控加工程序的自动生成，提高了螺旋转子四轴数控加工编程的效率。

The helical rotor is the core component of screw compressor. Technical scheme of NC machining about helical rotor surface based on normal theory of outline and standard ball-end milling cutter in four-axis CNC machine was discussed. The model was established which was used to calculate the tooth profile normal vector,rotation angle and offset distance of every machining point on rotor. Helical rotor NC programming software was developed,using Visual Studio.NET as the development platform. Four-axis NC code generation was realized and the efficiency of four-axis NC machining programming was improved.
