The establishments of the mathematical model and the optimization objective function of the hydraulic system were in-troduced. Combining the complex mathematical optimization theory with MATLAB,M document was formed using the designed func-tion,then it was used in hydraulic system parameter optimization calculation,mistakes in the optimization process could be avoided,so optimal results could be gotten accurately and conveniently. It provides basis for the subsequent debugging and fault diagnosis of hy-draulic system.
