针对一体化不压井修井机操作环境及工作参数要求,对车体系统、起降系统、修井架系统、操作平台系统、液压泵站等具体工作机制进行了详细说明。根据起降系统的控制难点,提出了适用于特殊工作环境的液压控制元件及方法,并给出了闭环速度控制方框图。针对北方使用工况,提出了工作前系统温升措施及工作原理。

According to integration not pressure well workover machine operating environment and working parameter require-ments,concrete working mechanisms for the body system,take-off and landing system,fix derrick system,operating platform system, hydraulic pump station were explained. Base on the control difficulty of take-off and landing system,the suitable hydraulic control ele-ment and methods for special working environment and the closed loop control block diagram were presented. According to the northern working condition,the system temperature rise measures before work and working principle were illustrated.
