根据某涡轮增压器叶轮的结构特点,在分析其加工工艺的基础上,针对实际加工中的重点及难点给出了合理的措施,进而提出一条比较实用的加工方案,凭借CAM软件(UG)平台,对该叶轮的刀路进行规划,并对后置处理后的程序进行仿真。通过实际加工验证了此加工方案具有一定的可行性。
根據某渦輪增壓器葉輪的結構特點,在分析其加工工藝的基礎上,針對實際加工中的重點及難點給齣瞭閤理的措施,進而提齣一條比較實用的加工方案,憑藉CAM軟件(UG)平檯,對該葉輪的刀路進行規劃,併對後置處理後的程序進行倣真。通過實際加工驗證瞭此加工方案具有一定的可行性。

According to the structure characteristics of an automotive turbocharger impeller,based on the machining process a-nalysis,and taking reasonable measures for the key points and difficulties in the actual processing,a more practical processing program was put forward. With CAM software (UG)platform,the tool path of the impeller was planned,and post-processing program was sim-ulated. Finally,this machining program was verified feasible through practical processing.
