In order to improve work efficiency and raise working accuracy of the special machine tool for brake shoe,the 3D model of the special machine was established based on SolidWorks,analysis for the machine tool was made based on FEA. The con-trasts for static stress and modal analysis about original structure and optimized structure were done. The static dynamic performances of the optimized machine tool are improved in various degrees. It provides theoretical basis for brake shoe.
