3D65CNC强力旋压机床的轴分布具有不同于一般数控机床轴系统的结构特点。基于AutoCAD 2010的平台,结合Sinumerik840D数控系统的功能,采用VB和Visual LISP等二次开发工具,开发一套由零件二维轮廓图生成NC代码的数控编程系统,以提高复杂旋压零件加工时的编程效率和准确性。

Because of the axis of 3D65CNC spinning machine is different from other ordinary machine tools,a system should be developed,which can be used to transform the outline of product to NC codes. The system was developed based on AutoCAD 2010, drawing support from Sinumerik840D,using developed tools including VB and Visual LISP. The use of this system can raise program-ming efficiency and accuracy when manufacturing complex product.
