提出一种高效高精度船舶管路焊接对中装置的总体设计,利用同向锥形段和钢球对管路内壁进行锁紧对中,确保管路对中精度;利用单作用液压缸提供动力,提高效率。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对装置的结构进行有限元分析,并通过试验验证该装置的可行性。

The overall design of a high efficiency and high precision centering device for ship pipe welding was put forward. To ensure the pipe centering accuracy,in this device,same direction tapered tube and steel balls were used to lock the inner wall of the pipe. To improve efficiency,in this device,hydraulic cylinder was used to provide power. Using finite element analysis software AN-SYS,the structure was analyzed,and the feasibility of the device was verified through tests.
