目的：探讨腰硬联合麻醉患者的心理分析及护理。方法选取我科腰硬联合麻醉的患者200例进行分析，对照组100例实施常规的护理措施，观察组100例实施针对性心理护理，比较两组患者的临床手术效果。结果观察组患者实施心理护理措施后心律及血压稳定数明显优于对照组，经比较具有显著差异（P ＜0.05）。结论对于腰硬联合麻醉患者在术前、术中、术后对患者不同负性心理应用不同的心理护理干预，大大缓解患者紧张心理，增强患者手术治疗的信心，提高手术效果。
목적：탐토요경연합마취환자적심리분석급호리。방법선취아과요경연합마취적환자200례진행분석，대조조100례실시상규적호리조시，관찰조100례실시침대성심리호리，비교량조환자적림상수술효과。결과관찰조환자실시심리호리조시후심률급혈압은정수명현우우대조조，경비교구유현저차이（P ＜0.05）。결론대우요경연합마취환자재술전、술중、술후대환자불동부성심리응용불동적심리호리간예，대대완해환자긴장심리，증강환자수술치료적신심，제고수술효과。
Objective to investigate the combined spinal epidural anesthesiain patients with psychological analysis and nursing. Methods to analyze 200 cases in our department of spinal and epidural anesthesia of patients, 100 cases in the control group were carried out routine nursing measures, the observation group of 100 cases of the implementation of targetedpsychological care, compared two groups of patients with clinical operationeffect. Results the observation group patients after psychological nursingmeasures to control rhythm and blood pressure stability number is obviously better than that of group, by comparison with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion the combined spinal epidural anesthesia in patients withpsychological nursing intervention on preoperative, intraoperative,postoperative patients with different negative psychological different, greatly alleviate the patients psychological tension, enhance the operation of patients with confidence, improve the operation effect.
