目的:探讨经鼻持续气道正压通气( N-CPAP)治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征( RDS)及新生儿呼吸衰竭的效果。方法:对在NICU住院的12例RDS和20例不同原因引起的新生儿呼吸衰竭患儿使用N-CPAP治疗,观察治疗前后的临床症状,胸片及呼吸功能各项指标改善情况。结果:32例患儿使用N-CPAP治疗后,临床症状、呼吸功能指标均有改善,12例RDS患儿治疗后胸片透亮度有明显增加。结论:带有空氧混合器、加温湿化器的N-CPAP治疗早产儿RDS和新生儿呼吸衰竭有明显的效果,是基层医院新生儿科常用的简便、易行、无创、经济、安全、有效的呼吸支持设备。

목적:탐토경비지속기도정압통기( N-CPAP)치료조산인호흡군박종합정( RDS)급신생인호흡쇠갈적효과。방법:대재NICU주원적12례RDS화20례불동원인인기적신생인호흡쇠갈환인사용N-CPAP치료,관찰치료전후적림상증상,흉편급호흡공능각항지표개선정황。결과:32례환인사용N-CPAP치료후,림상증상、호흡공능지표균유개선,12례RDS환인치료후흉편투량도유명현증가。결론:대유공양혼합기、가온습화기적N-CPAP치료조산인RDS화신생인호흡쇠갈유명현적효과,시기층의원신생인과상용적간편、역행、무창、경제、안전、유효적호흡지지설비。
Objective To investigate the effect of nasal continuous positive airway pressure( of N-CPAP)treatment of premature in-fants with respiratory distress syndrome( RDS)and neonatal respiratory failure. Method The cause of neonatal respiratory failure in chil-dren hospitalized in the NICU,12 cases of RDS and 20 cases for various reasons to use the N-CPAP treatment,observation of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,chest X-ray and respiratory function of the indicators to improve the situation. Results 32 cases of children using the N-CPAP treatment,clinical symptoms,respiratory function indicators had improved,12 cases of RDS Treatment in Chil-dren and chest X-ray brightness through the significantly increased. Conclusion With empty oxygen mixer,plus temperature and humidity of the N-of CPAP therapy in preterm infants RDS and neonatal respiratory failure has a significant effect,is the primary hospital neonatolo-gy used simple,noninvasive,economic,safe and effective respiratory support equipment.
