目的：探讨脑梗死患者血清瘦素水平及其临床意义。方法：选择脑梗死患者40例作为病例组，并选同期体检健康者50例作为对照组，检测并比较两组受试者的血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低/高密度脂蛋白及瘦素水平。结果：病例组血清瘦素水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）；病例组瘦素水平与TG、LDL-C呈正相关，与HDL-C呈负相关。结论：脑梗死患者瘦素水平与血脂代谢密切相关，可通过影响脂质代谢促进动脉硬化，增加脑梗死的患病风险。

목적：탐토뇌경사환자혈청수소수평급기림상의의。방법：선택뇌경사환자40례작위병례조，병선동기체검건강자50례작위대조조，검측병비교량조수시자적혈청총담고순、삼선감유、저/고밀도지단백급수소수평。결과：병례조혈청수소수평명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）；병례조수소수평여TG、LDL-C정정상관，여HDL-C정부상관。결론：뇌경사환자수소수평여혈지대사밀절상관，가통과영향지질대사촉진동맥경화，증가뇌경사적환병풍험。
Objective To investigate the levels of serum leptin in patients with cerebral infarction and its clinical significance. Method 40 patients with cerebral infarction were selected as case group,50 normal people were selected as control group,to detect and compare the levels of serum total cholesterol,triglycerides,low / high density lipoprotein and leptin of two groups. Results The level of serum leptin of the case group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0. 05). The level of serum leptin of the case group was positively correlated with TG,LDL-C,and was negatively correlated with HDL-C. Conclusion The level of serum leptin in patients with cerebral infarction is closely related to serum lipid,and may promote atherosclerosis by influencing lipid metabolism and increase the risk of cerebral infarction.
