目的:探讨石河子地区原发性高血压( EH)患者血清一氧化氮合酶( NOS)活性水平较血压正常人群的差异及与高血压危险因素的相关性。方法:选择高血压患者166例和288例同期健康体检者为研究对象,采用化学比色法分别测定两组血清NOS活性,采用全自动生化分析仪测定三酰甘油( TG)等实验室指标。结果:与对照组比较,汉族EH患者血清NOS活性水平显著降低(P<0.01),血清NOS活性水平与血压水平呈负相关(r=-0.156,P<0.05),血清NOS活性水平与高血压相关危险因素(年龄、BMI、TG等)无明显相关关系。结论:血清NOS活性水平受血压水平影响,引起高血压的相关危险因素与血清NOS活性水平无明显相关关系。

Objective To evaluate the difference between hypertensive patients and the normal group′s serum nitric oxide synthase′s ( NOS)activity level and the relationships between the activity of serum NOS and the risk factor of essential hypertension( EH)in Shihezi. Methods 166 of EH and 288 of control group were chosen randomly. The activity of serum NOS was then measured by means of chemical chromatometry. The general biochemical indicators was messured by the fully automatic biochemical analyser. Results Bioactivity of NOS in EH patients significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0. 01). Negatively correlated with serum NOS activity levels and blood pressure levels(r= -0. 156,P<0. 05). The risk factors of EH(age,BMI,TG,etc. )have no obvious correlation with serum NOS activi-ty. Conclusion serum NOS activity was affected by the level of blood pressure. The related risk factors for EH have no obvious correlation with serum NOS activity.
