目的：探讨优质护理服务对人工髋关节置换患者功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法：将143例在我院接受人工髋关节置换术的患者按照收治的时间段分为观察组73例和对照组70例，对照组遵医嘱按时完成各项治疗，按常规护理方法进行术前、术后护理，出院后常规随访；观察组通过开展优质护理服务，实行三级护理查房，采用护理组长责任制、分层级护理管理模式，启用床边工作站，由管床责任护士负责对患者提供从入院到出院、出院后延伸到社区和家庭的系统化、连续性的整体护理。结果：观察组对手术和功能锻炼的认识程度、进行功能锻炼的依从性显著高于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：优质护理服务可提高患者对人工髋关节置换术和功能锻炼的认知程度，增强功能锻炼依从性，降低术后并发症发生率，促进患者康复。

목적：탐토우질호리복무대인공관관절치환환자공능단련의종성적영향。방법：장143례재아원접수인공관관절치환술적환자안조수치적시간단분위관찰조73례화대조조70례，대조조준의촉안시완성각항치료，안상규호리방법진행술전、술후호리，출원후상규수방；관찰조통과개전우질호리복무，실행삼급호리사방，채용호리조장책임제、분층급호리관리모식，계용상변공작참，유관상책임호사부책대환자제공종입원도출원、출원후연신도사구화가정적계통화、련속성적정체호리。결과：관찰조대수술화공능단련적인식정도、진행공능단련적의종성현저고우대조조，병발증발생솔저우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：우질호리복무가제고환자대인공관관절치환술화공능단련적인지정도，증강공능단련의종성，강저술후병발증발생솔，촉진환자강복。
Objective:To investigate the effect of high quality nursing care on the patient compliance of functional exercise after artificial hip replacement .Methods:143 patients underwent artificial hip replacement in our hospital were divided into the observation group ( n=73) and the control group (n=70) in accordance with the time of admission.The patients in the control group were given preoperative and postoperative nursing care and received routine follow -up after discharge;the high quality nursing service was implemnted in the observa-tion group and the patients in this group were provided holistic nursing care ,inluding three level nursing round ,the responsibility system of nursing team leader ,stratified nursing management ,enabling bedside workstation ,the continuous and extended nursing care from admission to discharge provided by the bedside nurse .Results:The cognitive degree of the operation and functional exercise and compliance of func -tional exercise of the patients was significantly higher and better in the observation group than the control group ,the incidence of complica-tions was lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing service can improve the cognition level of the patients with artificial hip replacement ,enhance their compliance of functional exercise ,reduce the incidence of post-operative complications and promote their recovery .
