提出一种利用多数据源信息实现电网故障实时综合分析的方法。利用电力调度综合数据平台获取的能量管理系统、保护信息、故障录波等3个系统的电网故障信息,根据数据源不同的采集特性,采用分阶式故障诊断方法,分阶段利用不同算法对多数据源、多类型数据进行分析。同时采用故障信息组群技术实现了各核心分析子系统之间的数据共享,解决各独立运行的分析子系统之间的协调问题;实现了针对多数据源、多种算法并行的电网故障的实时综合分析,提高了分析和数据采集的针对性和效率。该方法已经成功应用于福建省调,现场运行结果表明该方法可以针对多数据源实现快速、完整、正确的综合故障分析,以及保护和开关动作行为的准确评估。

Based on multi-source information,a real-time comprehensive analysis method for faults in power grid is presented. The power grid fault information acquired by the power dispatching data platform from the energy management system (EMS),the relay information system and the fault recording system is used.According to the data acquisition characteristics of different sources,a stage-by-stage fault diagnosing method is adopted to analyze the multi-source and multi-type information by stages.And a fault information group technology is presented to solve the problem of information sharing and process coordination among those independent analytic sub-systems.The real-time comprehensive analysis of power grid fault is realized for the concurrent running of multi-source information and multi-algorithm,with an improvement in the relevance and efficiency of analysis and data acquisition.The proposed approach has been successfully applied in Fujian Dispatching and Communication Center.Field running results show that the proposed method is capable of realizing fast,complete and correct comprehensive fault analysis for multi-source information and accurately evaluating the action of relays and breakers.
