目的：探讨延伸护理在院外糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法：将114例糖尿病患者按数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组各57例，对照组出院后给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予延伸护理，6个月后比较两组依从性、血糖达标情况及生存质量。结果：观察组依从性达标中控制饮食、适当运动、自测血糖血压等优于对照组（P＜0．05），观察组血糖达标情况及生存质量评分优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：将延伸护理应用于院外糖尿病患者，能够改善其依从性，维持血糖正常水平，提高生存质量。
목적：탐토연신호리재원외당뇨병환자중적응용효과。방법：장114례당뇨병환자안수자수궤표법분위관찰조화대조조각57례，대조조출원후급여상규호리，관찰조재차기출상급여연신호리，6개월후비교량조의종성、혈당체표정황급생존질량。결과：관찰조의종성체표중공제음식、괄당운동、자측혈당혈압등우우대조조（P＜0．05），관찰조혈당체표정황급생존질량평분우우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：장연신호리응용우원외당뇨병환자，능구개선기의종성，유지혈당정상수평，제고생존질량。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of the extended nursing care in the out -of-hospital management of patients with diabetes .Methods:114 diabetic patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ( 57 cases in each group) .The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group after they were discharged from hospital and the extended nursing care was additionally given to the patients in the observation group ,the compliance ,blood glucose level and quality of life of the pa-tients were compared between the two groups after 6 months.Results:The compliance like controlling diet ,doing proper exercise and testing blood sugar and blood pressure by themselves were superior in the observation group to the control group (P<0.05),the blood glucose lev-el and the scores of quality of life of the patients were superior in the observation group to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The extended nursing care can improve patient's compliance ,maintain normal blood glucose level and improve their quality of life in the out -of-hospital management of patients with diabetes .
