目的：探讨综合护理干预在妊娠高血压综合征（简称妊高征）患者中的应用方法及临床效果。方法：对临床确诊的80例妊高征患者进行综合护理干预，观察比较干预前后患者血压、心理状况、生存质量、相关知识知晓情况及妊娠结局。结果：本组患者干预后血压、焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前（P＜0．05）；生存质量、相关知识知晓情况优于干预前（P＜0．05）；妊娠结局：早产6例，足月产60例，剖宫产14例；母婴均无并发症发生；护理满意率为100．00％。结论：护理干预对于妊高征患者血压控制具有重要意义，可改善其心理状态，帮助患者掌握相关知识，改善妊娠结局，减少母婴并发症发生，提高患者生活质量。
목적：탐토종합호리간예재임신고혈압종합정（간칭임고정）환자중적응용방법급림상효과。방법：대림상학진적80례임고정환자진행종합호리간예，관찰비교간예전후환자혈압、심리상황、생존질량、상관지식지효정황급임신결국。결과：본조환자간예후혈압、초필、억욱평분균저우간예전（P＜0．05）；생존질량、상관지식지효정황우우간예전（P＜0．05）；임신결국：조산6례，족월산60례，부궁산14례；모영균무병발증발생；호리만의솔위100．00％。결론：호리간예대우임고정환자혈압공제구유중요의의，가개선기심리상태，방조환자장악상관지식，개선임신결국，감소모영병발증발생，제고환자생활질량。
Objective:To explore the methods of comprehensive nursing intervention on the pregnancy induced hypertension ( PIH) syn-drome and to investigate the clinical effect .Methods:80 patients who were clinically diagnosed with PIH syndrome were given comprehen-sive nursing intervention ,and then blood pressure ,mental health ,quality of life ,awareness of the related knowledge and pregnancy outcome of the patients were observed and compared before and after the intervention .Results:Blood pressure of the patients and the scores of anxi-ety and depression were lower after the intervention than those before the intervention (P<0.05);the quality of life and awareness of the related knowledge of the patients were better after the intervention than those before the intervention ( P<0.05);in term of pregnancy out-come,6 cases of premature delivery ,60 cases of full-term birth,cesarean section in 14 cases;no complications occurred in mothers and newborns;the satisfaction rate of nursing care was 100%.Conclusion:The nursing intervention has the great significance in blood pressure control of patients with PIH syndrome ,which can improve their mental state and the pregnancy outcome ,reduce complications and improve the quality of life of the patients .
