目的:探讨低密度脂蛋白受体(low density lipoprotein receptor,LDL-R)基因单核苷酸多态性rs5932位点在人群中的分布及其与原发性高血压的关系。方法用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术分析132例健康对照人群和110例原发性高血压患者的LDL-R基因型及等位基因频率,并测定血脂水平。结果原发性高血压组和健康对照组的LDL-R基因型频率及等位基因频率的分布无统计学意义(χ2=0.180,P=0.962;χ2=0.101,P=0.766);原发性高血压组中AA型的血浆LDL-C水平低于非AA型,(t=35.5,P<0.05)有统计学意义;健康对照组A等位基因频率高于高LDL-C组(χ2=4.321,P=0.04)。结论 LDL-R基因多态性可能与原发性高血压无相关性, A等位基因可能具有降低苗族人群血清LDL-C水平的作用。

Objective To investigate the relationship between essential hypertension and the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) of rs5932 of LDL-R gene in Xiangxi miao minority, in Hunan province. Methods 110 essential hypertension patients and 132 normal controls were recruited in the present study. The rs5932 polymorphism of LDL-R gene was analyzed by PCR-RFLP and the serum lipids were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results There were three kinds of genotype:AA, AG and GG. No significant difference was found in genotype and allele frequencies of LDL-R gene polymorphism between essential hypertension group and the control group (χ2=0.180, P=0.962;χ2=0.101, P=0.766). The serum LDL-C levels of AA genotype was lower than that of non-AA genotype in essential hypertension group(t=35.5, P<0.05). Conclusion The A allele of rs5932 of LDL-R gene may be protective against the high level of LDL-C in miao minority. There was no association between LDL-R gene rs5932 polymorphism and EH in miao minority.
