本文针对工科院校特点，分析传统微生物学实验课存在的一些弊端，引出现在微生物学实验教学体系需要改革的方面。将对不同专业进行不同实验安排，尝试开放实验，增加综合性、设计性实验，把教师的科研项目引入实验教学等方面入手进行改革，以实现微生物实验教学的意义。

In connection with the characteristics of engineering colleges, it analyzes the malpractices in traditional microbiology experiments, points to the reform aspects of microbiology experiment teaching system in this paper. Doing different experiments for various specialties, trying to opening experiment, increasing comprehensive and designed experiments, quoting the researches of the teachers, these reforms will be appeared in the microbiology experimental teaching sysytem . that will achieve the significance of microbiology experiments.
