以纳米TiO2为原料,六亚甲基四胺(HMT)为掺杂N源,采用高能球磨法合成了纳米TiO2(N)粉末。利用XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis光谱、纳米粒度仪和光催化降解实验对其进行结构及光催化性能表征。研究结果表明,经过氮掺杂的纳米TiO2主要为锐钛矿晶型,晶粒尺寸随球磨时间的增加呈变大趋势。对可见光具有良好的吸收性能,其吸收边红移至530 nm左右,禁带宽度减小至2.34 eV。当太阳光照射30 min时,亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率达88%以上,比未掺N的样品提高了7%,体现出良好的可见光催化特性。

The N-doped nano-TiO2 powder were prepared by the ball-milling method and calcined using Nano-TiO2 as raw material and Hexamethylenetetraamine(HMT)as N source.Its structure and properties were studied by XRD,FT-IR,UV-Vis spectrum and test of photocatalysis degradation.The results indicated that nano-TiO2(N) photocatalyst was anatase crystalling phase mainly,and the crystal size was grown up.The powder had good visible light-active,and the red-shift of absorption edge occurred around 530 nm,the band gap reduce to 2.34 eV.The degradation rate of methylene blue solution reached 88% after 30 min irradiation of sunlight.The degradation rate compared with un-doped samples increased by 7%,and it was proved that the powder had good visible light-active.
