煤制甲醇的生产,是基于CO、CO2与H2在铜基触媒(Al2O3、ZnO、CuO)作用下的催化合成反应。由于工艺的原因,在粗甲醇的合成生产中,常常伴有高碳链的碳氢化合物及石蜡的生成,结蜡严重时会引起甲醇水冷器、甲醇分离器堵塞,更严重时被迫停车清蜡。本文对甲醇合成过程中石蜡的形成原因及清除方法进行了探讨。

The methanol was always produced by the catalytic reaction of CO,CO2 and H2,with the catalyst of metal oxide(Al2O3,ZnO and CuO).Because of the technics,it often got hydrocarbon of the high carbon chain and paraffin wax during the production of the crude methanol,which can block up the methyl alcohol water-cooling device and the separator,even force to stop producing to clear wax.The causes of wax formation in methanol production were analyzed,and based on which the treatment measures were proposed.
