快速法测定化学需氧量具有快速便捷、成本低等优点,提高其测定的准确性是研究的重点之一。以HJ/T399-2007为依据,对快速法测定低浓度标准溶液中化学需氧量进行了实验研究,结果表明校准曲线、消解管、环境温度、预装混合试剂对测定有重要影响。

There were many advantages of determination of chemical oxygen demand(COD) by rapid method,such as rapid,low cost,and so on.It was important to improve its accuracy.Based on HJ/T399-2007,a laboratorial study on determination of COD in low-concentration standard solution by rapid method was carried out.The result was that there were many important factors affected the determination,such as calibration curve,digestion tubes,environmental temperature,preassembled mixed reagents,and so on.
