The uncertainty evaluation of cold atom fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of concentration in the range of 0~20 ug/L total mercury was explored,but excluded the uncertainty of the pretreatment sample.The factors and source of uncertainty were analyzed.The uncertainty value and expand uncertainty results were obtained.
