以Ni/SiO2作催化剂,研究了反应温度、反应压力、溶剂种类等因素对产品收率的影响,得到的优化反应条件为:反应温度为57.5℃,反应压力为0.85 MPa,溶剂种类为甲醇,邻苯二胺收率稳定在95%以上,质量分数大于98%。

The effects of the reaction temperature,reaction pressure,and solvent type on the product yield were investigated in the presence of Ni/SiO2 catalyst.The optimum synthesis conditions were determined that the reaction took place at 57.5 ℃,reaction pressure 0.85 MPa and in methanol solution,the yield of o-phenylenediamine was above 95% and mass fraction of o-phenylenediamine in the product was above 98%.
