以脱氢纵胺和氯乙酸为原料,研究合成螯合型表面活性剂脱氢枞胺二乙酸的工艺条件。通过正交分析以及单因素分析等实验手段,讨论了合成目标产物的影响因素,得出终产物的最佳合成工艺条件为N(脱氢纵胺)∶N(氯乙酸)=1∶(2~2.2),pH值为8~9,转速30 r/s,反应时间5 h。同时,用红外光谱等分析手段对其结构进行了表征。

As a chelating surfactant,dehydroabietylamino diacetic acid was prepared from dehydroabietylamine and chloroacetic acid.The process conditions for its preparation were optimized by experiments of orthogonal design and factor effect,and optimum conditions were obtained that ratio of chloroacetic acid and dehydroabietylamine was 1:(2~2.2),pH value was 8~9,agitating velocity was 30 r/s,and reaction time maintained 5 h.The structure of titled product was characterized by FT-IR spectrum.
