以芦丁为标准品计算总黄酮含量,通过正交试验考察不同因素和水平对提取工艺的影响。优选出槐花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:80℃水浴温度,料液比为1∶8,乙醇浓度为60%,回流提取3次,每次1 h。在此条件下,总黄酮提取率为15.03%。该提取工艺合理、简单、可行,可为大生产提供理论依据。

To optimize the extraction technology of the total Favonoids from the Sophora japonica L,the content of Flavonoids was computed with rutin as standard substance,and the influence of different factors and levels on the extract technology were investigated by means of orthogonal experiment.The optimum extraction technology was as follows: with water-bath temperature at 80 ℃,the ratio of liquid to solid material at 8:1 and the concentration of ethanol at 60%,reflux extracting total Favonoids secondary(1 h at each time).Under this condition,the content of total Flavonoids was 11.03%.The extraction method was appropriate,simple and feasible,and it provided theoretic basis for the production of this product.
