基于上海振华J15型岸边桥式起重机的小车与俯仰机构进行电气控制系统改造设计,采用西门子6RA70驱动器和GE9030控制器,完成了直流电动机非独立控制励磁的双闭环调压调速系统设计,制动抱闸设计和调速器故障停机等设计,实现了小车与俯仰机构的起动、制动和调速的性能指标要求。
基于上海振華J15型岸邊橋式起重機的小車與俯仰機構進行電氣控製繫統改造設計,採用西門子6RA70驅動器和GE9030控製器,完成瞭直流電動機非獨立控製勵磁的雙閉環調壓調速繫統設計,製動抱閘設計和調速器故障停機等設計,實現瞭小車與俯仰機構的起動、製動和調速的性能指標要求。

Based on the Trolley and Boom of Shanghai Zhenhua J15 shore bridge crane, we made an electrical control system design using Siemens 6RA70 drive and GE9030 controller to complete the double-loop pressure and speed control system design of the independent control of excitation of DC motor, brake design and governor downtime design, and realize the starting, braking and speed control performance requirements for the Trolley and Boom.
