目的:建立外科植入物用超高分子量聚乙烯中杂质元素钛(Ti)含量的检测方法。方法:采用微波消解和电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(I C P-M S)测定消解液中钛元素。结果:钛元素标准曲线的R2值大于0.9996,回收率为94.4%~96.4%,10次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差(R S D%)为1.3%。结论:所建立的方法精密度高、准确性好、干扰较少、快速简单,可用于超高分子量聚乙烯中钛元素的含量测定。

목적:건립외과식입물용초고분자량취을희중잡질원소태(Ti)함량적검측방법。방법:채용미파소해화전감우합등리자체질보의(I C P-M S)측정소해액중태원소。결과:태원소표준곡선적R2치대우0.9996,회수솔위94.4%~96.4%,10차중복측정결과적상대표준편차(R S D%)위1.3%。결론:소건립적방법정밀도고、준학성호、간우교소、쾌속간단,가용우초고분자량취을희중태원소적함량측정。
Objective: To develop a method for determination of Ti element in Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene for surgery Implants. Methods: Ti element were determined by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Result:The interrelation coefifcient of calibration standards for Ti element was more than 0.9996, the recoveries of the addition standards for elements were between 94.4% and 96.4%.Conclusion: The results showed that this method was high precision and accurate, litle disturbance, rapid determination, simple operation, It can be used for determination of Ti elements in Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.
