Sa's dilator%esophageal stenosis%clinical outcome
目的：观察萨氏扩张器治疗食管狭窄的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院2010年8月-2013年9月收治的50例食管狭窄患者的萨氏扩张器治疗情况。结果：本组所有患者均扩张成功，扩张成功率为100％，术中有2例患者出现食管穿孔，分别经外科手术以及带膜支架置入术治愈。经扩张后食管梗阻症状基本清除，吞咽困难症状有所缓解甚至消失，术后经过3-5个月随访，显效35例，有效9例，无效6例，治疗总有效率为88％。结论：萨氏扩张器治疗食管狭窄的临床疗效显著，扩张成功率较高，并发症较少，具有创伤小、痛苦小、安全等优点，可有效改善患者的生活质量，适合在基层医院推广。

목적：관찰살씨확장기치료식관협착적림상료효。방법：회고성분석아원2010년8월-2013년9월수치적50례식관협착환자적살씨확장기치료정황。결과：본조소유환자균확장성공，확장성공솔위100％，술중유2례환자출현식관천공，분별경외과수술이급대막지가치입술치유。경확장후식관경조증상기본청제，탄인곤난증상유소완해심지소실，술후경과3-5개월수방，현효35례，유효9례，무효6례，치료총유효솔위88％。결론：살씨확장기치료식관협착적림상료효현저，확장성공솔교고，병발증교소，구유창상소、통고소、안전등우점，가유효개선환자적생활질량，괄합재기층의원추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical ef ect of Sa's dilator in the treatment of esophageal stricture. <br> Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical outcome of 50 patients with esophagostenosis who have received treatmetn using Sa's dilator in our hospital from August,2010 to Septem-ber,2013. <br> Results:Al the patients were dilated successful y.The succesful expansion rate was 100%.Among al the patients,two patients were observed to have esophageal perforation after surgical operation,who further received surgical operation and stent implantation,respectively.After treatment,symptoms of esophageal obstruction were gone.The symptom of dysphagia was al eviated or even disappeared.After 3 -5 months fol ow -up,we observed that this treatment was markedly ef ective in 35 cases,ef ective in 9 cases,and inef ective in 6 cases.Total ef ective rate of the treatment was 88%. <br> Conclusion:Surgical operation with Sa's dilator is a ef ective theraputic strategy for esophageal stenosis with high success rate,few complications,and the advantages of lit le injury,lit le pain,and great safey.It can ef ectively improves the life quality of patents,and is suitalbe for extensive use in the primary hospital in the county.
