目的：探讨综合护理在扁桃体切除术患者术后的应用。方法回顾性分析30例行扁桃体切除术患者术后进行综合护理干预，包括疼痛护理、发热护理、出血护理等。结果？30例行扁桃体切除术患者术后实施合理、有效的综合护理后，术区均无感染、大出血等并发症，患者术后不适、出血、疼痛、发热等明显减少。全部康复出院，无1例出现术后不适及并发症。术后1个月随访患者无不适、出血等情况。结论？综合有效的护理干预可有效改善扁桃体切除术后患者的术后不适，减少并发症，缩短患者的恢复期，有效提高生活质量。
목적：탐토종합호리재편도체절제술환자술후적응용。방법회고성분석30례행편도체절제술환자술후진행종합호리간예，포괄동통호리、발열호리、출혈호리등。결과？30례행편도체절제술환자술후실시합리、유효적종합호리후，술구균무감염、대출혈등병발증，환자술후불괄、출혈、동통、발열등명현감소。전부강복출원，무1례출현술후불괄급병발증。술후1개월수방환자무불괄、출혈등정황。결론？종합유효적호리간예가유효개선편도체절제술후환자적술후불괄，감소병발증，축단환자적회복기，유효제고생활질량。
Objective to explore the application of comprehensive nursing in patients after tonsil ectomy. <br> Method A retrospective analysis of 30 cases of tonsil ectomy patients after comprehensive nursing intervention,including pain,fever,hemorrhage and nursing care. <br> Result Comprehensive nursing care of 30 cases of patients undergoing tonsil ectomy is reasonable,ef ective,the operation area no infection,bleeding and other complications,postoperative discomfort,bleeding,pain,fever,reduce.Al discharged,no 1 cases appeared postoperative discomfort and complications.After 1 months of fol ow -up patients without discomfort,hemorrhage etc. <br> Conclusion Comprehensive and ef ective nursing intervention can ef ectively improve patients after tonsil ectomy postoperative discomfort,reduce complications,shorten the patient recovery, improve quality of life.
