目的：探讨系统心理护理对患者行心脏介入术后的作用，总结有益经验以指导临床实践。方法选取2013年6月～2014年3月在我院行心脏介入术后患者100例作为本次观察对象，随机分为对照组和干预组，每组50例；对照组患者予以常规胸心外科护理，干预组在常规护理基础上给予系统心理干预，比较两组患者的心理变化情况。结果干预组患者在焦虑、抑郁、SCL -90项目评分等心理应激指标方面显著改善，明显优于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论系统心理护理可改善心脏介入术后患者的心理，有助于患者更加积极的配合后期治疗，有益于患者的早日康复。
목적：탐토계통심리호리대환자행심장개입술후적작용，총결유익경험이지도림상실천。방법선취2013년6월～2014년3월재아원행심장개입술후환자100례작위본차관찰대상，수궤분위대조조화간예조，매조50례；대조조환자여이상규흉심외과호리，간예조재상규호리기출상급여계통심리간예，비교량조환자적심리변화정황。결과간예조환자재초필、억욱、SCL -90항목평분등심리응격지표방면현저개선，명현우우대조조，조간비교차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론계통심리호리가개선심장개입술후환자적심리，유조우환자경가적겁적배합후기치료，유익우환자적조일강복。
Objective:To explore the ef ect of systematic psychological nursing for patients with interventional cardiology.Methods:100 patients with interventional cardiology,who were hospitalized in our hospital from Jun 2013 to Mar 2014,were divided randomly into the control group and the intervention group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given the routine nursing of cardiothoracic surgery,and the intervention group received the psychological nursing.After that,the psychology of them in two groups was compared.Results:some indices of the intervention group,such as scores of anxiety ,scores of depression of patients and scores of SCL -90 ,was significantly bet er than that of the control group .The dif erence was sta-tistical y significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The systematic psychological intervention for patients with interventional cardiology in the cardiothoracic surgery could play a good role in improving the negative emotion of patients and making them cooperated actively with the physician,which was helpful to get wel soon for patients.
