Stomach tube fixed method%Clinical ef ect%The comparative study
目的：探讨胃管两种不同固定方法临床效果。方法：将120例神经外科留置胃管鼻饲的患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组采用传统的胃管固定方法，观察组采用3m 透明敷料贴固定胃管，比较两组患者胃管滑脱率、舒适度、美观度及胃管固定处皮肤受损发生率。结果观察组患者胃管滑脱率，胃管固定处皮肤受损发生率低于对照组（P ＜0．05），舒适度、美观度优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论：使用3m 透明敷料贴固定胃管牢固、舒适、美观、皮肤完整性好值得临床推广使用。

목적：탐토위관량충불동고정방법림상효과。방법：장120례신경외과류치위관비사적환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각60례，대조조채용전통적위관고정방법，관찰조채용3m 투명부료첩고정위관，비교량조환자위관활탈솔、서괄도、미관도급위관고정처피부수손발생솔。결과관찰조환자위관활탈솔，위관고정처피부수손발생솔저우대조조（P ＜0．05），서괄도、미관도우우대조조（P ＜0．05）。결론：사용3m 투명부료첩고정위관뢰고、서괄、미관、피부완정성호치득림상추엄사용。
Objective:to study the gastric tube of two dif erent fixation methods of clinical ef ects.Methods:120 patients with neurosurgery al owance stomach of nasogastric tube,each 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group using traditional methods of gastric tube fixed observation group USES the transparent dressing 3 m stick fixed gastric tube,compared two groups of patients with gastric tube slip rate,comfort,beautiful degree and the incidence of stomach tube fixed place skin damage.Results the rate of gastric tube shedding observation group patients,gastric tube fixed place skin damage rate is lower than the control group (P <0.05),comfort,beautiful degree is bet er than that of control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:using 3 m transparent dressing stick fixed stomach tube is firm,comfortable,beautiful,good skin integrity makes use of clinical promotion.
