目的：纵切并内眦韧带折叠行内眦赘皮矫正术的研究。方法本组78列求美者均采用局麻，纵行切口并内眦韧带折叠行内眦赘皮矫正术，结果78列患者术后术后效果均满意，术后随访6月，有1列仍有轻度增生外，其他均恢复良好，结论纵切并内眦韧带折叠行内眦韧带矫正术是避免内眦增生的改良术式，值得临床应用推广。
目的：縱切併內眥韌帶摺疊行內眥贅皮矯正術的研究。方法本組78列求美者均採用跼痳，縱行切口併內眥韌帶摺疊行內眥贅皮矯正術，結果78列患者術後術後效果均滿意，術後隨訪6月，有1列仍有輕度增生外，其他均恢複良好，結論縱切併內眥韌帶摺疊行內眥韌帶矯正術是避免內眥增生的改良術式，值得臨床應用推廣。
목적：종절병내자인대절첩행내자췌피교정술적연구。방법본조78렬구미자균채용국마，종행절구병내자인대절첩행내자췌피교정술，결과78렬환자술후술후효과균만의，술후수방6월，유1렬잉유경도증생외，기타균회복량호，결론종절병내자인대절첩행내자인대교정술시피면내자증생적개량술식，치득림상응용추엄。
Purpose of slit ing and angular folding inline canthus ligament flabby skin diorthosis.Methods 78 columns and beauty al use local anesthesia,longitudinal incision and angular diorthosis folding inline canthus ligament flabby skin,and the result 78 patients with postoperative postoperative ef ects were satisfactory,postoperative fol ow -up of 6 months,one column is stil mild hyperplasia,other al recovered wel ,conclusion the slit ing and inner canthal ligament folding inline canthus ligament diorthosis is improved to avoid the angular hyperplasia,worth clinical promotion.
