The paper introduced the manufacture process and research contents of high precision hydraulic machine sleeve with double phased stainless steel,and it solved the three process difficulties of the high precision sleeve manufactur-ing as follows:how to identify and control the allowed maximal fillet deformation of sleeve roundness after ionitriding,how to create a scientific and reasonable high precision processing data in the deformed cylinder,how to furthest get over the related interference factor in processing cycle,how to control and ensure the coaxial,cylindrical and the roughness for the bore and the excircle of the sleeve.
